“The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success.”
~ Bruce Feirstein ~

With over 15 years in sales, consulting and management Tim was a great fit when he joined Learning Seat in 2008 as Director of Sales. In that role Tim went about establishing in the team an absolute focus on the customer in everything that we do – and making sure we have fun while we’re doing it.

Tim knows that real success comes only to those who dare to take risks. This is a philosophy that Tim continues to embed throughout the Learning Seat business.

Tim holds degrees in Science and Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.

Commercial Director

“Setting an example is not the main means of influencing others; it is the only means.”
~ Albert Einstein ~

Prudence Pascoe is not your average, run-of-the-mill individual. A true believer that motivation brings out the best in others, Prudence is an advocate of leading by example. And she has done this over the last decade, and continues to do so. Always ready for a challenge, she is often the first to roll up her sleeves to achieve targets when the going gets tough.

As Field Sales Manager at Brown Forman, she led her team to exceed its sales targets over two consecutive years. During her time at Diageo Australia and Carlton & United Beverages, Prudence was responsible for building, developing and managing blue-chip relationships, maximising opportunities and building long-term volume growth, giving her the ability to provide analysis for both a tactical and strategic sales approach.

Now Commercial Director at Learning Seat, Australia’s leading supplier of online training and compliance management solutions, Prudence continues to unleash the full potentials of her team through motivation and mutual respect. Since her inauguration, she has grown the team sixty-five percent to include an Adelaide team and a full-time representative in Queensland.

Prudence holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and International Marketing) from the Edith Cowan University.
