Learning Seat Environment
Learning Seat provides a turn-key solution. The system delivers information, training courses and assessments, and allows clients to assume full administrative control for training and compliance management. Your organisation’s online learning centre is hosted remotely by us, but provides full administrative control to you, the client.
Each user is issued with a private access account and gains access to specified training courses, materials or assessments from any Internet PC, 24x7. The courses and materials are drawn from Learning Seat’s integrated suite of online courses; your operating policies and work practices; or from courses tailored uniquely for you. The system outlines individual training requirements and completion dates, and acts as an on-going reference source.
Staff may complete training and assessment immediately online and support materials may be downloaded directly from the user’s private environment.
Training programs may be assigned, delivered and tracked by any authorised manager or administrator from any web-connected PC across the enterprise.
The system automatically captures and consolidates user progress and completion records, forming a permanent audit trail and action guide for all targeted training programs. Automated e-mail reminders, non-compliance alerts and comprehensive reporting tools allow you to effectively manage training and compliance across the organisation.
The administration environment is totally open and provides you with the ability to link to your organisation’s own documents (eg policies and procedures) and even assign other online courses and training events outside the Learning Seat online course suite.
The result is a simple, central system for online training and compliance management, which will continually evolve and grow with your requirements.
