Contracts - The Essentials

Learning Name:

Contracts - The Essentials

Overview

In the normal course of everyday life, we enter into contracts - a contract takes place just by buying a pack of chewing gums at your local 7-11! In this course we will uncover what it takes for a contract to be formed. We'll also cover aspects of contract law as they are relevant to you in your day-to-day life, and just as importantly as you go about your business in your organisational life. Understanding the formation of contracts is relevant and useful as you deal with customers, suppliers and how you manage business agreements. Understanding why contracts are valid or dissolved is equally important. The course is peppered with references to historical cases which have set precedents - these are informative, interesting and help to reinforce the concept of contract law being discussed.
