‘Manage Opportunities for Further Improvement’ is designed to assist you to manage and be involved in identifying opportunities for further improvement. Commencing a TQM program is actually commencing a large-scale, long-term organisational change program for improvement. Reasons for lack of success in such an undertaking can either derive from ineffective handling of the general issues involved in organisational change and development, or from an incorrect approach to the specific concepts and techniques of TQM itself.
‘Manage Opportunities for Further Improvement’ is the final course (of three) in the unit ‘Facilitate Continuous Improvement’.
